Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Products that have been installed, cut, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Original packaging is required for all approved returns to ensure the item can be properly inspected and restocked.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Cut-to-length LED tape
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Installed, used, or damaged products

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Click the “Begin Your Return” button and complete the return request form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide next steps.

Return Authorization (RMA)

An approved return authorization is required for all returns. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or is confirmed to be defective, we will cover the return shipping once the claim is approved.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases where an item was defective or shipped in error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 hours of delivery. Photos are required to help us quickly review and resolve the issue. Approved claims will include covered return shipping.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returned items, including inspection, testing, repackaging, and restocking inventory. Returned products require additional handling to ensure they meet quality standards before being made available again. The restocking fee allows us to maintain product quality, accurate inventory, and competitive pricing for all customers.
