Order Processing
Orders ship from multiple fulfillment locations depending on product availability. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are eligible to begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
UPS Ground is our default shipping method. We also offer expedited shipping options, including UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. All available shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details and delivery location.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $249 or more within the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping is available to all customers.

Pro members may qualify for a lower free shipping threshold. Pro-only shipping benefits are visible once you are logged into a Pro account.

Free shipping does not apply to oversized items or orders marked as oversized. 8-ft LED channels qualify for free shipping only on orders of $499 or more. Orders that do not meet these conditions will have shipping calculated automatically at checkout.

Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for all orders and are calculated automatically at checkout. Expedited orders follow the same processing timeline as standard orders but ship using the selected faster service.

Example:
If you place an order on Tuesday before 2:00 PM EST and select UPS 2nd Day Air, your order will begin processing the same day and ship using the selected expedited service.

Shipping costs for expedited services are not included in free shipping promotions.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to Canada or other international destinations.
