Guests expect to dim the lights and, increasingly, to warm them at night. A tunable white strip lets one run shift between a warmer and cooler white, and a dimmable system lets the front desk or the guest set a comfortable level. Before you promise smooth, flicker-free dimming, confirm the strip, driver, controller, and any wall control are compatible as a set and stay within their rated load (verify per product). Durability, heat, and serviceability

Any hardwired driver, junction box, or wall control at line voltage is work for a qualified electrician where local code requires it, so follow the product instructions, local code, and the NEC where it applies. If a bath strip could see splashing, confirm the strip's exact IP rating and the driver enclosure suit that spot before you rely on it. Plan serviceability too: leave access to drivers and connections so a failed section is a quick swap, not a demolition.
